I begin this evening by acknowledging the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we meet today, and pay my respects to their Elders past and present. I extend that respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples here today. Our first nations peoples have the oldest continuous living culture on the planet and with that includes an incredible tradition of story telling through music.
